Giving this place 5 stars, which I don't do a lot because these have officially replaced lucky & seven jeans as my "go to" brand. Clothes are made conciously, and they have sales on the sidewalk in-between seasons. I expected to work with your typical retail employees, but they remembered both myself and my girl when we came in from the last time we went. They knew all about their products, and explained the minute differences between some of their jeans. Great brand, excellent location. Shout out to Megan for the help and sharing knowledge!

Had the most personal retail experience of my life at this store; the staff here are as comforting as the clothes! As a huge fan of prAna apparel, I knew I had to make a stop in here during a climbing trip. Austin reached out to me right away when I entered the store and we chatted about how we both love the brand and their various sustainability efforts, and he toured me around the store showing me items I was interested in. After I found a few things I liked, Helen got me hooked up with a fitting room and I also sincerely appreciated her recommendations and her honest feedback about fit. It was my first time at this location and I felt like I knew the staff already; so down to earth and happy to help in a friendly way. To top it all off they humored me with a selfie and also included the ever-fashionable store manakins. Long story short: yes, it’s a great store, but the people here are more friends than staff!

Love love love prAna clothes, and the staff at this location is the best I have seen. prAna clothing is second to none, they stand by their products and are always giving back! Best clothes hands down. Edit: I can't begin to praise the staff here enough! They are knowledgeable, nice, and are always there to help! They really are some of the best retail staff I have ever interacted with!

Just bought my first ever prAna pants. They are so wonderful. I love the company's vision and mission as well. In the store, I was going to buy a bigger size because I don't like my pants as tight, but multiple workers in the store advised getting the smaller size and explained why. I appreciated the specific advice and explanations from them. They seemed very knowledgeable about the product, which was impressive. Great product and great service!! Thank you!!

I absolutely love the products and customer service that is available at the Boulder Prana! I completely rely on them for their great knowledge of their products. I walk in the door and I am greeted and helped. Amy you are the best!

Excellent customer experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel like they really cared about us and were eager to help. Love their clothes, especially their hiking pants. One of the best retail clothing experiences I've had. Highly recommended.

prAna on Pearl Street is one of my favorite places to shop for sustainable clothing. I bought my husband an organic cotton shirt for his birthday and we love the quality, materials, and design. What really stood out was the checkout experience—they offered a choice between a paper bag or a reusable cloth option, and the “bag” was actually a square cloth beautifully tied into a wrap. Such a thoughtful, low-waste touch that reflects their values. Way to go, prAna—we love you!
